I could confirm the modules being loaded with the kernel 5.3.7. However, it also needs
some opa tools to configure the hardware.
It looks like they are still for RHEL though. Any chance Clear Linux will support it?

In linux this driver is called "OPA_VNIC" and is included in the
upstream kernel (as all well supported hardware is)
and enabled as a module (CONFIG_INFINIBAND_OPA_VNIC=m) in our kernel.
