Like profile.x86_64 does in the first one of the branch. The others don't need
it because then we know PATH isn't empty.
Otherwise you'll add a : with nothing afterwards at the end if PATH was empty
before. Some PATH-parsing applications might interpret that as searching the
current directory, which could be a security issue.
Though... Clear Linux doesn't run on 32-bit. Why do we have this file?
Oops I messed up my commit, I didn't want to change the i386 version
at all (they diverge in a number of ways already and as you noted we
never would install this file).
