Currently if a user were to install the lts bundle, they'll get a
version include, then if the version being included changes they'll
get the new version (and the old one stays around). If we switch to
also-add then the user would not get the new version. If orphans were
then cleaned, the old version would be removed and they would no
longer have a kernel being updated on their system.
