I recently booted up clear linux for the first time and fell off my chair, it is really
quick. Ok, it has nothing running (almost) on first boot, but wasn’t expecting it to be as
firmware/appliance like in its startup.
At the moment there are a few bits of info in the internet but nothing really deep and
technical that provides a full overview of what the team did and the low level

have liked part 1. I have the draft in my notebook of part 2 about profile guided
optimizations, hopefully in 2 weeks might be published in clearlinux.org
Also this week might be published a blog about gcc 8 and its benefits.
