postfix is entirely unfinished - I haven't had the time to properly
package this yet. It's there, but you'll need to fully manually
configure it, as you just found out.
This sort of packaging is time intensive, because we want to provide a
decent and secure postfix out of the box, and with postfix, that is
REALLY critical, otherwise we'd put open relays on the internet and get
users in a world of trouble.
So, for postfix, there is no default config as this properly prevents
anyone from accidentally becoming an open relay.
